Immigration Lawyer and Founder
Eva Witt

Since February 2022, I have been working as a self-employed lawyer with a focus on skilled worker immigration. I primarily represent private clients in the areas of general immigration law, skilled worker immigration, and naturalisation law. I provide legal advice and procedural support.
My approach goes beyond offering legal advice. I focus on guiding people through complex challenges, safeguarding their rights, and enabling them to take their future into their own hands.
Biography
I am a fully qualified lawyer supporting individuals, families, and employers throughout the entire process: from the initial idea of moving to Germany, through the visa application, changing jobs, and ultimately to permant residency or naturalisation.
My work draws on extensive knowledge and experience gained as a Manager at a leading international law firm specialising in global mobility, as well as as Team Lead Legal at a LegalTech start-up focused on skilled migration and family reunification.
My aim is to make your immigration process as smooth and successful as possible.
